Awake in the World: Meditation in Nature

with Donna Williams

September 1 - 4

Meditation in Nature at Karme Choling

Nature never gives up on us- the earth's wild, primal, elegance calls deep inside us to explore its sacredness, that untamed beauty and mystery.

Explore the natural world of the senses in the forest and meadows of Karme Choling. We will bring our mindfulness practice 'outside' , opening up our senses to the woods, mingling with creatures, mushrooms, bugs, salamanders, the trees of course, and the stars at night.

Our imagination will be provoked and a new peacefulness will inhabit us.
