Silent Simplicity: A Meditation Retreat

Feeling stressed and anxious? It's time to reset!
If you’re feeling stretched too thin—constantly juggling work, family, and responsibilities with little time to breathe—you’re not alone. With endless notifications, overwhelming news, and endless to-do lists, it’s easy to feel drained and disconnected.
It's OK to step away, even necessary!
This spring, Karmê Chöling invites you to pause and reset at our silent meditation retreat. Nestled in the peaceful fields and forests of Northern Vermont, you can step out of the chaos and into stillness—no deadlines, no screens, no pressure. Just quiet, open space to breathe, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
Put your usual routine on pause:
- Take a break from the daily grind – You don’t have to keep running on empty. Give yourself permission to slow down and recharge.
- Get away from digital overwhelm – Trade screens and schedules for fresh air, simple rhythms, and genuine human connection.
- Experience deep relaxation and presence – so you return home feeling not only rested but refreshed
- Feel supported, not isolated – Silence doesn’t mean solitude. Be part of a welcoming community of people who, like you, just need a moment to breathe.
Let nature, mindfulness, & simple moments help you rediscover your balance
Spring is about renewal. Take this opportunity to settle in and recharge — so you can show up stronger, clearer, and more grounded.
Great for friends, couples, or individuals.
