Shambhala Day 2024 marks the beginning of the New Year of the Wood Dragon. One of the most important celebrations in Shambhala Buddhism, Shambhala Day is based on the traditional Tibetan New Year, or Losar, and calculated astrologically according to the lunar calendar.
This year the main event will be a sangha-wide celebration hosted virtually by Shambhala Online.
