Online: Donor Gathering

Please join Lena DiGenti, Executive Director of Karme Choling, for a special online gathering with members of our donor community. Many of you have supported Karme Choling for decades—some for more than 40 years—and your commitment has helped sustain this retreat center as a place of practice, learning, and community.
This conversation is an opportunity for Lena to listen. And she will share some early observations from her time at Karme Choling, reflections on the opportunities and challenges ahead, and some emerging thoughts about the center’s future. Most importantly, she hopes to hear from you—your perspectives, memories, hopes, and questions.
Your long relationship with Karme Choling gives you a unique view of its past, present, and possibilities. We warmly invite your insights as we consider how this beloved place can continue to serve practitioners and the wider community for generations to come.
This will be an informal and participatory conversation, grounded in appreciation for the generosity and care that has sustained Karme Choling over the years.

Instructor

Lena DiGenti is a certified professional coach, mindfulness teacher, and life-long practitioner in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition. She is the incoming Executive Director of Karmê Chöling and is pursuing a Master of Divinity in the chaplaincy track at Naropa University. With over twenty years of teaching meditation and yoga, Lena’s work weaves Buddhist philosophy, trauma-sensitive mindfulness, and embodied presence to help people reconnect with clarity and ease.
