The PROFOUND TREASURY: The Bodhisattva Path of Wisdom & Compassion

This is an ongoing drop in "book club" where we read sections of the currant chapter and discuss. Each week we have a different facilitator. The page number where we left off the week before is emailed along with the Zoom link, so if you missed the previous class you can catch up.

If you are interested in studying the thirteen years of Seminary teachings of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche that have been consolidated into this volume of the Mahayana, this is your opportunity to join in.

We finished the Hinayana volume, The Path of Individual Liberation and have begun and continue the Mahayana, The Bodhisattva Path of Wisdom and Compassion.

Evening's Schedule:

  • 6:15 Open the "Room" for socializing
  • 6:30 Sitting (There may be a reading of a poem, prose, or a chant before sitting begins)
  • 7:00 Begin our main reading (We proceed through the zoom checkerboard, each individual reading 2-4 paragraphs during their turn. Often there isn't enough time for everyone to read)
  • Discussion is welcomed after any reading, there is no rush.
  • 8:15 End of program, with the Dedication of Merit.
