I help people reconnect with their innate freedom, value, and bliss. Through yoga, meditation, Somatic Awareness, and Breathwork, I support individuals to safely witness themselves, -both the trauma and the joy. From that pure witness, it is possible to recognize thought patterns and obstacles that keep them in pain and limitation. From that awareness, I create a safe, transformative space for individuals to “untie” the knots of trauma and tension that hold them back from their full potential and ecstatic expression.

I guide the physical practice of Yoga to help move energy through the body and create new patterns of empowered alignment inside and out. The meditation techniques I offer, invite you to know what is most essential and real within yourself. As you find your center you will meet the challenges of your life with greater courage and stability and use these opportunities as gifts for your growth.
