Join Karmê Chöling residents in our famous Living Room for a new series of online talks exploring the art of staying sane at home. You’ll hear some new voices and some you haven’t heard from in awhile.

Our first three sessions will focus on the conundrum of how to connect to our bodies and each other while relying on the “screen” as a vehicle for gathering. Offered in small batches throughout 2021, future sessions will focus on the arts, the Shambhala householder practices and other ways of opening our hearts in hard times.

All sessions are made possible by generosity of participants, who will have a chance to donate prior or during each session to cover costs.

The following “Live from the Rock” talks are on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.:

  • Jan. 13 — Finding Ease in Your Zoom Practice, with Kate Vlasic and JT Buck;
  • Jan. 20 — Social Meditation, with Travis DeTour; and
  • Jan. 27 — Introduction to Mudra Space Awareness
