Qigong for Life - Organizing Your Qigong Practice

with Dr. Eva Wong

July 18 - 23, 2021

Now that you have learned many qigong forms, it is time to enrich and manage your
practice. The qigong of Xiantianwujimen is designed to reach deep into the richness of
all aspects of Taoism.

In our five days together, we will select qigong forms that:
- cultivate and enhance physical, internal, and energetic health.
- enact and embody Taoist cosmology of and internal alchemical transformation.
- explore and refine our consciousness.
- enrich our lifestyle as we move through the seasons and experience the flow of
energy in the natural world.

The program culminates with “A Day in the Life of a Qigong Practitioner”, where we will
select qigong forms that integrate all of the above themes into a one-day retreat
practice.

Join Eva Wong and fellow qigong practitioners in discovering, exploring, and
celebrating the richness of qigong. Make it a practice for life!
