Activating Our Refuge and Bodhisattva Vows with Daily Practice

with Dan Hessey and Geri Amori

July 25 - August 22

The Refuge and Bodhisattva vows are profound meetings between our personal karmic paths and the lineage of the Buddha. They plant powerful seeds in the soil of our lives, and the lives of those around us. In these five classes we will look at these vows, and explore how our daily practice can germinate those seeds in our lived experience. This process includes hearing and contemplating the views of our vow, applying the skillful meditative practices we have received to activate and nurture these seeds, and engaging the challenges of our lives based on the confidence we discover in our practice.

This class will emphasize meditation practice and a group journey. This is a warm invitation to join us in this journey.

To attend the opening live session on Monday July 25, you must be registered by Saturday, July 23, in order to receive welcoming information and the Zoom link. Recordings of live sessions will be made available to everyone who is registered for the program.

The Zoom room will open at 7 p.m. on Monday evenings, starting July 25. Please sign in a few minutes early to check your connection and settle. The final class will meet on August 29.
