March 3

Shambhala Day 2022 marks the beginning of the New Year, the Water Tiger, and is one of the most important celebrations in Shambhala Buddhism. Based on the traditional Tibetan New Year, Losar, the day is calculated astrologically according to the lunar calendar.
This year, the 'main event' will be a sangha-wide celebration hosted virtually by Shambhala Online.
