ONLINE - Sacred Path: Meek & Perky

with Shastri Mary Campbell

July 16 - 18

DATE CHANGE: This program was originally announced as July 9-11, but was moved back one weekend.

The Four Dignities are introduced as a path and a process. They describe a warrior's maturing and his or her widening sphere of benevolent engagement in the world. Training in the dignities allows one to maintain awareness and delight at each stage.

This program offers teachings in the first two dignities, Meek & Perky. It is a prerequisites for continuing in the Sacred Path program.
The next program in the series is Outrageous and Inscrutable, the third and fourth diginities. It will be offered at Karmê Chöling Aug.13 - 15.

Meek is the foundation stage of the warrior's journey. Here one develops a sense of humbleness and gentleness, and the ability to ground oneself. This training helps to overcome arrogance, the primary obstacle to learning.

The second of the Four Dignities focuses on cultivating sharp, vibrant and uplifted energy through natural discipline. Overcoming the trap of doubt, the warrior of perky is able to accomplish his or her activities with a sense of nobility and ease.
