Exploring the Energetic Terrain of the Body

with Dr. Eva Wong and Rupa Acharya Suzann Duquette

September 21 - 23, 2018

As it is externally, so it is internally. The physical terrain of the external world parallels the energetic terrain of the body. In working with physical terrain, Sunzi’s Art of War is unparalleled in describing geographical features and the strategies to maneuver through them. In understanding the energetic terrain of the body, Daoist internal alchemy offers powerful approaches to identifying energy centers and pathways as well as techniques that allow energy to move smoothly and peacefully. In this program, we will use Sunzi’s system of terrain classification in conjunction with qigong and mind expansion exercises, such as playful awareness and space awareness, to explore our internal universe. Join Eva Wong and Suzann Duquette in this unique program that integrates the of Sunzi’s Art of War with the arts of body and mind transformation.
