Residential Shambhala Volunteer Program

The Residential Shambhala Volunteer Program (RSVP) is open to practitioners who have a current and established connection to Shambhala practice and study, who volunteer within their local community, and who have a connection to Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.

Karmê Chöling provides RSVPs with free meals and accommodations (dorm or shrine room floor housing in winter and shared tent housing in summer). RSVPs also receive program credit that can be used for up to one year at Karmê Chöling.

Participants are asked to make a commitment of at least one month or more, depending on the position. Volunteering is a great opportunity to experience living and working at Karmê Chöling!
