Totaling 48 movements, these animal forms train the practitioner to use the Tiger Form to strengthen bones and tendons, the Leopard Form to develop spring-like qualities in the tendons, the Dragon Form to train spinal movement, the Snake Form to enhance spinal flexibility, and the Crane Form to focus the qi.

Level Six interviews are available during this program. To request an interview you must have already completed All Five intensives and the Qigong and Meditation retreat. About Dr. Eva Wong
Eva Wong is the 19th-generation lineage carrier of Xiantianwujimen Taoism (Pre-celestial Limitless Gate School of Taoism) and 3rd-generation student of Wang Xiangzhai, founder of Yiquan martial arts and Zhangzhuan (standing qigong). She is the author and translator of 12 books on the Taoist arts of health, meditation & qigong, including Nourishing the Essence of Life: The Outer, Inner, and Secret Teachings of Taoism. Eva Wong is also the lineage carrier of Zhen's Xuankong Flying Stars Feng Shui and Sanyuan (Three Periods) Feng Shui. She is the author of Feng-Shui: The Ancient Wisdom of Harmonious Living for Modern Times and A Master Course in Feng-Shui, which have been translated into numerous languages, including Spanish, German, French, Russian, Italian, and Polish.
